Young Women’s Circle

The R.I.S.E Women’s Leadership Conference is proud to foster the importance of mentorship and paying it forward through the Young Women’s Circle.  This critical platform is created in partnership with our key sponsors to provide young women and girls of all backgrounds the opportunity to attend the conference and participate in workshops throughout the year and day of annual conference.

R.I.S.E Women’s Leadership Conference is firmly grounded in the importance of early education and the empowerment of young women. We seek to connect young women with dynamic leaders of diverse backgrounds.

“In order to be a mentor, and an effective one, one must care. You must care. You don’t have to know how many square miles are in Idaho, you don’t need to know what is the chemical makeup of chemistry, or of blood or water. Know what you know and care about the person, care about what you know and care about the person you’re sharing with.”

— Maya Angelou

“Show me a successful individual and I’ll show you someone who had real positive influences in his or her life. I don’t care what you do for a living—if you do it well I’m sure there was someone cheering you on or showing the way. A mentor.”

— Denzel Washington
