Operations Manager in the Renewables Department at Eversource Energy
Sinbiat is a bold and creative leader with over a decade of experience in various roles focused on customer engagement. She currently is an Operations Manager in the Renewables Department at Eversource Energy. Eversource is New England’s largest energy provider servicing 3.6 million electric and natural gas customers around Connecticut, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. As an Operations Manager, Sinbiat manages the day-to-day operations of Eversource’s Solar Incentive (SMART) Program in Massachusetts and oversees compliance to regulatory and applicable financial regulations. Sinbiat’s leadership and compassion extend into her philanthropic activities including mentorship for Boston Public Schools teenagers and volunteering at Rosie’s Place, the first women’s shelter in the United States.
Sinbiat holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bay State College and is currently pursuing her MBA from Fitchburg State University.
