Executive Director, Connecticut College, Hale Center for Career Development
Persephone L. Hall is the Executive Director of the Hale Center for Career Development at Connecticut College and has over 25 years of experience providing strategic leadership to teams in offering high-quality career development support for liberal arts college students, alumni, and seasoned professionals in transition. Her specific expertise is in motivating teams to build campus and community partnerships, provide career development guidance and create employer relations strategies. Her experience includes human resources, career development, and employer relations at small, private liberal arts and R-1 institutions and with community-based organizations to support experienced adults in transition. Most recently, Persephone led the Connecticut College Hale Center in completing a multimillion-dollar renovation enabling the career office to move to a central campus location, revamping the career development program to fully integrate into the College’s curriculum that starts with first-year students as well as launching a new Student Employment program that centers inclusion and full participation. Persephone possesses combined experience in higher education, banking, and retail, providing leadership and guidance to meet and exceed goals through relationship building and management, training, and professional development.
