Business Development at KMA Human Resources Consulting
Patricia Lyons-Bousquet, J.D. has more than 30 years of Human Resources and management experience in all functional areas of HR, including compliance, agile HR project management, performance management, organizational design, DEIB and culture. She is currently in Business Development with KMA Human Resources Consulting, bringing the strong bench strength of KMAers to Southern New England.
Patty holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. She earned the designations of Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Patty has served on the Board of Rhode Island SHRM for several years and is the immediate Past State Council President/State Chapter Director and is on the planning committee for SHRM Tri-State Conference.
Patty lives in East Providence, RI with her husband and their 4-legged babies (Nashville & Ember). Patty spends much of her free time attending country music concerts and festivals and loves doing anything that takes her out on the water, including kayaking, paddleboarding and deep-sea fishing.
