Nadia is the middle child to Liberian immigrants who sacrificed and worked diligently to provide a life of comfort for her and her siblings. She is the creator of “The Kash Method, LLC ” where we are ALL a different kind of strong. She teaches and empowers women worldwide to step into their strength, discover their inner confidence and OWN IT unapologetically. She is a lover of DIY, lots of sunshine and exotic fruits. Her greatest teacher is her 6 year old niece, Victoria. She is a constant reminder that we are a different kind of strong. Train the mind, the body will follow.
