Mira is a dedicated employee benefits consultant with a commitment to supporting her clients in creating and implementing strategic solutions to achieve their business goals while supporting the well being and engagement of their people. As Senior Vice President with USI’s Employee Benefits consulting practice serving the New England community, she has over 10 years of consulting experience in the insurance industry.
Prior to joining USI, Mira was in the practice of Law specializing in commercial real estate and family immigration. Her legal background has provided the foundation for her ability to support clients in navigating through the Affordable Care Act and other regulatory issues and creating strategies that address a wide variety of business concerns.
Mira is a graduate of Roger Williams University with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Management. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. She is the Advocacy Team Lead for the Society of Human Resources representing Rhode Island’s District One. She serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Campaign and is a member of this year’s Leadership Rhode Island Omicron II class. Mira enjoys the performing arts as a semi-professional dancer. She resides in Newport with her husband Steve, their daughter and son.
