Jessica Morse is a Director of Quality for Amgen RI. Jess is responsible for quality performance and ensuring highly reliable operations within the production plant.
She has worked her way through various roles in Quality, Manufacturing, and Global Operations.
Jess’s strengths lie in her ability to lead and bring teams together to achieve solutions, which is also a motivator for her. Professionally, she is dedicated to the development of talent and high performing, diverse teams and is a mentor to others.
She earned her BS in Biology from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
Jessica has three school aged children. She’s a Rhode Island native who enjoys all outdoor activity; and can usually be found tending to the menagerie of animals she and her children keep at their home.
