Gisselle Perez
Head of HR for Biogen Intercontinental Region
Gisselle Perez is a human resources leader with experience in both the retail and biotech industries. She is currently the Head of HR supporting Latam, APAC, MART and Japan at Biogen, Inc, a global biotech which discovers, develops, and delivers worldwide innovative therapies for people living with serious neurological and neurodegenerative diseases.
Before joining Biogen, she held positions of successive leadership, including Diversity, Talent Management, and HR Partnership at large retail organization in the northeast. Gisselle received a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College and she sits on the Advisory Council for the Lawrence Boy’s and Girl’s club.
