Elaine Dickson is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified DEI Consultant, success strategist, and business advisor with extensive experience supporting business leaders during periods of rapid growth and upheaval. She is the founder and CEO at Mavenly Consultants LLC, a consulting firm providing CFO level strategy, finance, plus bookkeeping services to help small and mid-sized companies succeed. Ms. Dickson is also the co-founder of Reading Owls International, a grassroots organization working to advance equity and improve educational outcomes for Jamaican students in her native land. Reading Owls imagines a world in which every child has the resources to help him or her
succeed.
Elaine currently serves on the Governance Committee of the Moses Brown School board, and most recently on its Executive Committee and as Chair (Clerk) of the Enrollment and Marketing Committee. In addition, she serves on the Racial Equity Taskforce and Curriculum Committee
for the Cumberland, RI Schools’ Department, as a mentor with the RI Hub Venture Mentoring program, and on the Nominating Committee for RI Center for the Book. In both her professional and personal engagements, Elaine brings an inclusion and equity lens and is unafraid to have
hard conversations on behalf of and in service to underrepresented populations.
