Currently, Diana Pagano is the VP, of Sales and People Operations at Interpreters and Translators, Inc a rapidly growing multimillion-dollar company based in Glastonbury, CT, as well as inspirational speaker and author, focusing on human behavior and the influence of mindset on success.
In 2014 Diana became a licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and currently is licensed NLP Trainer, propelling her career as an international inspirational speaker and influencer. Her success in the understanding of the human mind and the importance of mindset, prompted the inception of the “Make ings Happen” Movement, thus adding a founder to the list of Diana’s accomplishments.
Diana found passion in showing others the tools needed to reach what they truly desire and sealed her success as an inspirational speaker. Her focus is on empowerment, change of mindset and fulfilling potential of her audience. e success of her methodology is based on exploring tangible tools and techniques to achieve the results any individual wants. Today, Diana continues to present nationally and internationally on the topic of mindset and its e ects on success in life.
Prior to moving to Connecticut, Diana lived in Scottsdale, Arizona where she created a successful career in Real Estate and has taken home over 7 awards from RE/MAX International.
Diana currently serves as an advisory board member for the all-women’s University, Baypath, while keeping active in her community. She enjoys tennis and spending time with her four children and supportive husband.
