After years in corporate America, Debbie hit the wall. She was so stuck, frustrated, and miserable in her job and couldn’t figure out what would make her feel otherwise. She didn’t feel that she was providing value, She knew that there was something more but had no idea what. She was unmotivated, unengaged, and unhappy.
It would be a few years later that she discovered how thinking and attitude was keeping her in this awful place and what to do about it. Debbie got clarity of direction in career, and shifted long held beliefs to propel forward with more focus and momentum to get the results that she wanted. She also discovered that she wasn’t the only one. She knew if she could do this, then so could others, if they choose and it has become her mission to pay it forward.
