Cleonie Mainvielle is the owner and founder of Inspired Outcome, a Productivity and Organizing business that helps busy professionals and entrepreneurs organize their schedules, belongings and ideas so that they can reclaim their personal freedom and have more time for what is truly important, enjoyable and inspiring.
With a strong belief that social problems stem from personal challenge, she resigned from her 17-year career with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to pursue her business full-time. She now uses her 25+ years of social service experience and education to inform herwork.
Cleonie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University and a Master in Social work from the University of Pennsylvania. Both degrees provide a strong foundation in understanding basic human behavior and motivation, allowing her to effectively work directly with individuals and groups to help them overcome personal challenges. She further complimented her education by earning a certificate in both workplace productivity and residential organizing.
Her signature program, a virtual women’s only mastermind group, attracts like-minded women who have committed to lending judgement free support, resources and accountability to each other over the course of 4 month. As the mastermind group facilitator, Cleonie provides structure, tracks progress and assist each member in uncovering the right time management and productivity strategy for their personality and motivation style.
Cleonie’s passion for helping others achieve greater levels of success and satisfaction extends beyond her professional life. She is Immediate Past President & current Vice President Public Relations for Toastmasters, a Year Up mentor, Co-leader for Girls Scouts, member of the Development Team for the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals aswell as the founder of Diversity and Inclusion for Community Empowerment.
Cleonie’s deep commitment to self-improvement and community service is influenced by her Jamaican heritage. Cleonie currently resides in Bridgewater, MA with her husband and two children.
