R.I.S.E. supports women across traditional, entrepreneurial, and creative career paths through peer engagement, mentorship, and access to leadership networks—while honoring the realities of balance, wellbeing, and whole-person leadership.
We are deeply invested in the next generation of leaders through our Young Women’s Circle, creating early access to mentorship, exposure, and opportunity for girls and young women who will shape the future. At the same time, our Men Who Get It initiative elevates male allies who actively champion equity, amplify women’s voices, and share responsibility in building workplaces and communities where women can lead and thrive.
