After pioneering her own successful freelance graphic design business, Lelani invested over a decade in providing small businesses with the tools and technical know-how required for success.
Her current focus is Lelani Williams Consulting, where she has the privilege of taking entrepreneurs from dream to reality utilizing her proprietary method called “Concept2Cash.” Lelani recognizes that we all have big dreams. Her purpose is to help individuals achieve those dreams and contribute to their family’s economic prosperity while still having time to live fulfilling lives. Whether starting a new venture or moving your business online, her mission is to help you stop trading time for money and achieve both time and financial freedom.
Lelani is a sought-after speaker for her signature keynote, “From Fear To Fierce.” She’s the host of “The Roundtable,” a Youtube show; she has been a speaker for several Women’s events and international business and mission work. Lelani regularly delivers impactful and life-transforming teachings at her home church, The King’s Cathedral, where she serves as the Chief of Operations.
In addition to nearly two decades of business experience, Lelani holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Johnson & Wales University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from Bryant University, an MBA, and an MA in Community Development & Planning, from Clark University.
She is happily married to Dr. Jeffery A. Williams, with whom she has a beautiful, ever-supportive family.
