Specializing in leadership development, diversity & inclusion practices, high-performing teamwork, purpose-driven culture mindset & behaviors, and personal brand development, Ilhiana enables professionals to reach their extraordinary goals through meaningful transformation. Ilhiana has coached leaders of all levels and has delivered impactful coaching programs and workshops to over 1000 professionals from a broad range of industries and sectors. She has also been the driving force in the launch of four women’s leadership development programs in Europe, LAM and the US.
Prior to starting her company, Ilhiana has over 20 years of executive experience in top Fortune 500 companies such as P&G, Hanesbrands and Hasbro Toys in Mexico and US headquarters driving transformational change through the development of breakthrough business strategies, innovative product development, multifaceted marketing plans and enabling high performing teams to generate revenue growth and profitability.
Ilhiana has been recognized by the NewYork Journal as one of the Top 10 Inspiring Women to watch in 2021, and has been featured on NBC, FOX, and CBS affiliates. In 2020 she was recognized by Amplify LatinX as a Latinx Amplifier Honoree, and by Social Enterprise Greenhouse for her Extraordinary Contributions.
In addition to coaching, Ilhiana serves as Vice president of the Rhode Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Chief Development Officer of ALPFA Boston Chapter, Board Member of the National Wellness Institute, and Founding Venture Partner for AccelHub Venture Partners. She also serves as advisor to Synfiny Advisors, the Network for Executive Women, Social Enterprise Greenhouse and the Center for Women & Enterprise to support their D&I initiatives and programs. Ilhiana graduated with honors as a Chemical Engineer in Mexico City, and currently lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two kids.
