Claudia Cardozo

Claudia is the Community Development Manager for HarborOne Bankin Rhode Island, she has been helping individuals and families increase their financial capability since 2012. She is an economic development professional with over 10 years of experience assisting small businesses and non-profit organizations across Rhode Island. Ms. Cardozo serves on the board of directors of Social Enterprise Greenhouse and RI Kids Count, and is an advisory board member of the United Way of Rhode Island.

In 2010, Claudia was named the Minority Small Business Champion of the Year by RI Small Business Administration, and in 2013, RI Latino Public Radio recognized her with an Outstanding Achievement Award for her contributions to the Latino business community. She also received the Ronald McDonald House Community Service Award in 2014.

Claudia holds a Community Development Certificate from Roger Williams University, is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Master Coach of Neuro-linguistic Programming.
