Chief Operating Officer at BBBSRI
Kaleigh Perkins is the Chief Operating Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island (BBBSRI), where she leads program strategy, growth, and service delivery to ensure high-quality, safe, and impactful mentoring experiences for youth and families across the state.
Since joining BBBSRI in 2017 as a Match Support Specialist, Kaleigh has advanced through leadership roles including Match Support Manager and Director of Program Impact, playing a key role in expanding programming, strengthening outcomes, and enhancing holistic family support services. She currently oversees program operations, enrollment, and strategic initiatives designed to increase access to mentoring and drive long-term impact.
Kaleigh holds a Master of Social Work from Rhode Island College and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She brings over fifteen years of experience in youth development and social services, with a strong foundation in school-based and out-of-school time programming.
Kaleigh is a 2024 Providence Business News 40 Under 40 recipient and a member of the Leadership Rhode Island Phi II Class of 2025. She was also recognized as a “Lights On Champion” by the Rhode Island Afterschool Plus Alliance for her contributions to youth programming.
She resides in Pawtucket, Rhode Island with her family.
