Sheisaneffective communicator with anauthentic and approachable leadership style,whocreates strategic alliances relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. A Maryland native,she earned her undergraduate degree from Towson State University, and ajuris doctor degree from Ohio Northern University.
