The R.I.S.E. Women’s Leadership Conference is powered by generous volunteers who help us deliver an inspiring, seamless experience for thousands of attendees. Volunteering is a chance to give back, build community, and be part of a movement elevating women’s leadership.

Volunteer Roles

  • Registration & Check-in – Welcome attendees and assist with badges/lines
  • Session Support – Seating, timekeeping, and Q&A coordination
  • Marketplace Support – Assist exhibitors and attendee flow
  • Hospitality & Wayfinding – Answer questions and guide guests
  • Logistics & Setup – Materials, signage, and room flips

Time Commitment

  • Day-Before Setup: Monday, November 16, 20262:00 PM–8:00 PM
  • Conference Day: Tuesday, November 17, 2026 — typical 4–6 hour shifts
    • Morning (7:00 AM–12:00 PM)
    • Midday (11:00 AM–4:00 PM)
    • Full-day options may be available

Volunteer Requirements

  • Age 18+ (or with a chaperone if younger)
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; some roles involve standing/light lifting
