The R.I.S.E. Women’s Leadership Conference is powered by generous volunteers who help us deliver an inspiring, seamless experience for thousands of attendees. Volunteering is a chance to give back, build community, and be part of a movement elevating women’s leadership.

Volunteer Roles

Registration & Check-in – Welcome attendees and assist with badges/lines
Session Support – Seating, timekeeping, and Q&A coordination
Marketplace Support – Assist exhibitors and attendee flow
Hospitality & Wayfinding – Answer questions and guide guests
Logistics & Setup – Materials, signage, and room flips

Time Commitment

Day-Before Setup: Monday, October 27, 2025 — 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
Conference Day: Tuesday, October 28, 2025 — typical 4–6 hour shifts
- Morning (7:00 AM–12:00 PM)
- Midday (11:00 AM–4:00 PM)
- Full-day options may be available

Volunteer Requirements

Age 18+ (or with a chaperone if younger)
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; some roles involve standing/light lifting
